What is this? it says that i have to send in my winter grades.......... ***

Then do it. Immediately.

Ya man, do it! The email probably had a link to the update page or something, right?? Get on there and type your grades in!

did you take a pre-req in winter? or your transfer level english/science/math?

does this mean they are considering me or does this happen to everyone???

Do you currently go to a UC or CCC?

i go to UCSC

^
yeah I go to UCI and I applied to UCLA as well…I updated my application with my Winter quarter grades right when I got them…I had one prereq in there so I thought they wanted to see that…If they are asking you for your Winter grades it’s probably because you took a major prereq that quarter…did you?? If that is the case then that is a good sign. They obviously didn’t send me that email because I had already updated my grades for winter.

What I can make of your situation is that they were like: “This guy is looking good…but we should see how he did for winter quarter just in case.”

OR they just sent this email to all UC-UC transfers applicants that didn’t update their grades for winter.

Probably haha. i thought there was only a fall update on the main site. I didn’t know you had to update your grades twice. o well. my 3.0 gpa is gone. dropped to a 2.96. am i screwed

What is your major?

biology bs

ummm…yeah…unfortunately I think you are screwed for UCLA…sorry :(

The average GPA acceptance for Bio is much higher, not to mention the average GPA for UC-UC transfers.

GL 10char

dudeeeeee. thats chill cause i didnt even apply to ucla. applied to uci, ucsd, and ucsb only.

oh…lololol…wow I guess all the UCLA talk on this forum led me to believe you were tying for there…it still seems hard for you to get into UCI/UCSD…maybe UCSB would love to have you…good luck for all the ones you applied to though! :)
