<p>Yeah, the natural sciences aren't as fun/interesting as CS. :)</p>
<p>In your college search, I'd recommend you find universities that will let you major in computer science, not just computer engineering or EECS. The pure computer science focuses on the theory of computation and goes to the very roots of coding. IMO, this is the only real "computer science."</p>
<p>Harvard- high reach (it is for everyone pretty much)
Yale- ditto
Columbia- reach
Cornell- low reach
UC Berkeley- slightly high match
USC- match
UCLA- match
NYU- low match </p>
<p>I'm not really familiar with the rest, but I think you have a really good shot at all the UC's because you're in state.</p>
