Then it says:
"Thank you for submitting your Part I application online. </p>

<p>You will receive a confirmation by E-mail as well as regular mail.
Please return to this site after July 1st to continue your online application with Part 2. If you prefer, you may complete Part 2 on paper instead -- we'll send you a paper application through the mail soon. "</p>

<p>They mean July 1 of this year, not next. Assuming that you are applying for admittance starting Fall 2007, go ahead and complete Part II when you can.</p>

<p>Because Part I is so preliminary, some students fill it out months ahead of normal applications, just to start the process with USC. The note is just reminding them to return and complete Part II.</p>
