1.0 to a 4.0 in High school.

So my first two years of high school I got around less than a 2.3. F or three semesters. Then I became a good student and got it up to a 3.0 first semester of junior year then a 4.0. I am taking AP Physics and AP English. and 2 other Honors classes. I do Varsity swimming and Speech and Debate. If I continue the trend, What are my chances to get in one of the CU's? (CU Boulder, CU Denver, UC Colorado Springs?)

Do you know what your class rank is overall? What are your SAT/ACT scores? Maybe you could write a really excellent personal statement about your growth as a student (which is truly impressive.)

I think if you have solid SAT/ACT/AP scores and a really good personal statement, you stand a good chance.

I have a 29 on my ACT, Hispanic, Some volunteer hours with Habitat for Humanity building houses and I want to go into architecture. And it really is because I was so lazy.

I also think you have a good chance - tell the truth. "I was just lazy then I got it together … "

Habitat is a good EC match for Architecture.

I’d say you have a pretty decent chance.

Also, I’ve had D’s. about four of them my sophmore year. Will this affect my chances?
