Yeah, but what do you want to study? Elon, W&M and JMU are in completely different leagues! W&M is tough, and JMU is fun. No one in the top 10% at my school would consider Elon...how did you select those schools? What criteria do you care about?

Presumably because you're in VA and JMU is considerably cheaper. Elon is rapidly improving in quality and selectivity.

U Richmond might fit with the rest of your schools.

JMU, elon, and w&m all have kinesiology/exercise science majors...
JMU is definetly my safety school and w&m my reach

i like tcnj, w&m, and elon due to their moderate size (around 5000)
noone from the top 10% of your school goes to elon? i thought that was a somewhat competitive school? im visiting there next weekend (im from pa). im really just looking for a moderately sized school (as i said) with a kinesiology/ exercise science major. i also want a school where not everyone looks the same and are real preppy (like richmond...my friend goes there now and she says the girls wear sundresses to football games). i know elon is somewhat preppy due to it being a private school but i dont beleive it to be as bad as richmond

btw.
M-680
V-630
W-580 (blah)

Wake Forest, GWU, Ithaca, Syracuse (too big?), Skidmore (too small?), and Gettysburg (too small?) have exercise science.

yeah i visited gettysburg and i wasnt a fan. they all seemed ****ed off

Bucknell or Holy Cross-near Boston.

Wake Forest sounds like it could be a good match.

why not uva???

i was thinking about uva but i doubt ill get in since im out of state. i know w&m is the same (OOS) but ist easier for men to be admitted at w&m than uva, correct?
