<p>Where I live, I know that AP exams are based on a scale of 1-5, where 3+ is passing. I assumed this was nationwide, but I must be wrong.</p>
<p>108 is the highest possible raw score for the AP Calculus exams (other exams have different maximum raw scores). I never heard of it being noted before (the college board doesn’t want people’s individual raw scores known).</p>
<p>They have data on ranges of Raw Scores and percentiles with distributions of scaled scores, from which you may be able to infer the frequency of a perfect raw score.</p>
<p>Nevermind that getting a perfect raw score is entirely insignificant, once you’re in the 5 range your golden, colleges will never know anything beyond that.</p>
<p>I think you get some kind of certificate.</p>
