1098-T and 529 with Divorced Parents

Hi Everyone - this is my first year paying college expenses and a question has come up. Mom filled out the FAFSA as custodial parent, received a 1098-T from the school, and filed her 2010 return claiming the tuition tax credit (as we agreed).

I actually paid the school's bills out of a 529 plan, via my checking account, and I got the 1099-Q from the 529 plan. Am I going to need the 1098-T or similar form, when I file my tax return next month?

Thanks.
