16 AP classes - self-study for State AP Scholar?

by the time I graduate, I'll have the following APs:

Sophomore: AP Euro, AP Bio, AP Spanish Language
Junior: APUSH, AP Physics B, AP Calc AB, AP Stats, AP Spanish Lit, AP English Language
Senior: AP Microecon, AP Macroecon, AP Physics C (E/M), AP Physics C (Mech), AP Calc BC, AP Chem, AP English Lit, AP Computer Sci A, AP Gov

This makes a total of 16 AP courses and 18 exams taken.
Assuming I can decent scores (4 or 5) on my exams, is it worth self-studying a few APs and go for the State AP scholar? (California)
If it is, which should i self-study?
thanks

I’m pretty sure the State AP Scholar for California has around 25 exams taken with mostly 5s and a few 4s. Just try self-studying some easy APs like Enviro or Psych.

Based on your other posts, you’re only a sophomore now (since you’re currently taking AP Bio) and you haven’t taken any AP tests yet. Let’s not get ahead of ourselves here! I suspect the course schedule you’ve outlined here is more than enough to keep you challenged.

well if I want to get there, might as well start now instead of cramming AP self-studies as a senior.

Here is an idea. Why don’t you have a life instead of wasting it trying to get some award that doesn’t really mean much in the long run?

haha good point!
yeah i decided not to waste more life.
