16 + Reach Colleges + 10 A Levels

I really am absolutely amazed.

12 A Levels? HOW on earth do you study for them??

What are the subjects you’re doing? 12 of them? That’s just unbelievable! xD

Well in my country people take around 8-10 when they’re 18.

Thank you everyone who helped. I decided to take your advice and start a literature club in my school to help people who need more exposure or want to learn more. Thanks.

@myeyeballs and Drelnis:

Thank you so much!! :slight_smile: Honestly, it’s been really tough!!! But, my sister took 8 A levels 3 years ago and is at Harvard now. She’s my inspiration really. And, Princeton’s been my dream ever since I was 8 so yeah… :D

I am hoping it’s 12 A’s but anything could happen.

@myeyeballs, Which country are you referring to? I’ve heard students in Singapore take a lot of courses? I am from South Asia btw.

@Drelnis:
I am taking

 1. Biology
 2. Chemistry
 3. Physics
 4. Math
 5. Further Math
 6. Psychology
 7. Sociology
 8. Literature
 9. French
 10. Accounting
 11. Economics
 12. Art
 • AS level Business Studies (retake: had a B last year)

Good luck everybody! Every applicant is exceptional in their own right :)

That’s a nice selection, which country are you from?

I’m from Thailand in SE Asia and people here only take at most 4 A Levels.

@Drelnis & PrincetonDreams
I’m from Singapore. The level here is crazay. We have our own ‘A’ Levels that our Education Board comes up with together with the British Council so it’s comparably harder than the international version. People take any from 5-10. Mostly they take 7-9.

I can’t take the Singapore ‘A’ Levels as I have to be at least 17.

hey, a level econ is killing my soul lol.
well, i really don’t feel comfortable giving out that much info on a public forum. feel free to PM me if you want. good luck with the exams! :slight_smile:
p.s: at my school, the MOST courses anybody has ever taken, before me, is 7. A typical course-load is 4 a levels at my school (even for oxbridge candidates).
