I hope the first one with the stupid desk was...

What desk...? I remember a stove...

did anyone else have section 2 and section 5 for grammar?

was section five the experimental? i don't remember which one was diary and which was computer...

bump......

im wondering if the diary one could be the experimental one because of its difficulty

what was the one with brazil being the most populous country in south america and the largest in area?

i was debating between E and D. eventually chose D, since i think "in area" is superfluous to the sentence.

i think i did more or less equally well on the two 35-question sections. but i had three unsure error ID q's on the second one, as opposed to one on the first one. so i hope the second one is the experimental.

diary is real.
the brazil and largest in area is probably E,but some people are saying its redundant...

*some questions I remember that were hard, what did you guys get:

1) something with fostering music out of if they start early? (identi sentence)
2) one about solar systems compared to plato (I think that was the error? comaparing to plato?)
3) often changes minds so often that her friends blah blah (what was wrong on that one?)
4) mexican caves one (was that no error?)

anything else people can think of?*

i think the part was wrong at the ___of [playing] music to the infants... the OF is wrong, it's BY i think.

idk this one, people say the size or something

Tendency to change is the correct idiom.

Idk,dont remember

is the diary one in the first 35-question section?

adding on to ren:
1) it was the thing right next to "play music" or something. i don't remember what it was, but it sounded REALLY bad.
2) i didn't get any question about solar systems o.o
3) unidiomatic. i forgot the exact phrase, so i can't say what it was supposed to be.
4) mexican caves i put D. because you don't say "the cave is larger than the size of whatever." you say "the cave is larger than whatever."

I chose populus, shoulda been populated i think

^i have a friend who also put that.... actually a friend and shiomi from CC,

i dont think it was populous cause populous definition |Dictionary.com

i think it was no error although i can c y ppl pcked in area it does seem redundant

My goodness, that writing section was so odd... Pray it is experimental... -_-

wait so most people have agreed that the writing section with the diary was ACTUAL one, correct?

did anyone else have the diary, and the computer programming one? if you did, do you remember which one was first? my mind is having a blank, i can't remember if the diary was with the first writing section, or the second.

bumpppppppp

I had computers, it was the first one and diary was the second one.

i could sware mine was diary first, and then computer second.

but i could be wrong.

anways was the one with the diary for you the harder or the easier one?

mine was the other way:
section 4: dont remember
section 7: boy with the dad

im hoping the boy with the dad is experimental

oh and ps guys and girls
we can find out which one was the experimental 2 days after the test
for example, this is up from june 2008's test still

After the Test

Man my test was really weird I had the diary one first but then my second writing section had all the questions you guys are talking about like brazil, the caves, pluto, and stuff but the passage was about some tour guide and an annoying mother. So what does that mean?

so apparently the first section was experimental and the second one (the one with brazil and persepolis and the irvine chinese family counted.
