A note on experimental sections and the SAT scoring breakdown....

This may or may not be redundant. Nonetheless, I think it's important to post. If you had form "B" (I guess that's what we're calling it here) the experimental section was reading.

3 reading sections are scored
2 writing sections are scored
1 essay -part of writing score-
3 math
1 experimental

=10 sections!

Section 2 (writing) was really hard I've been reading from a lot of people but it was unfortunately not the experimental section. Sections that include comprehension are always always reading. There were four reading sections on today's test. Sections 4,5, and... two others but the pencil on my hand has since been erased lol.

I noticed there was some discrepancy in whether or not there were three writing sections or four reading sections... Thought this would be worth posting!

For those who do not know how the SAT is actually scored (you don't get a 600, 700, etc right off the bat, that is a scaled score and it is based off of your raw score) The SAT Scoring Scale that's a good link.

Hope this was helpful and not repetitive...

i got a math experimental not reading o.O

I got three writing multiple choice sections and one essay for a total of four sections, so the writing has to be my experimental.

Also, you’ve got to keep in mind that there were two completely different tests administered this time.
