2.7 GPA and 26 ACT, what are my chances?

I’m a junior in high school with about a 2.6 unweighted GPA, but I’m fairly positive I can raise it to a 2.7 unweighted by the end of this year. I haven’t taken the ACT yet, but lots of practices and so far my score is about a 26. Do I have a chance at any of these colleges? If not, does anyone have any other colleges you think I might have a shot at?

SUNY Plattsburgh
Salem State University
Indiana University of Pennsylvania
Frostburg State University
Washington State University
University of the Pacific
Grand Canyon University
Mercy College

Id apply and see what you get into. try and work as hard as you can to send a strong mid-year report with your apps next year. if you dont get into any of your choices try community college for a year pull a high gpa and reapply. Good luck!

@rachb500‌ I don’t know about the other schools, but you probably have a good chance at IUP (Indiana University of Pennsylvania), as the acceptance rate is 95%. My son was accepted (and plans to attend) there with a higher GPA but lower test scores. Most of the other PASSHE (PA state-owned) universities are also pretty easy to get into. West Chester is somewhat more competitive. Edinboro is currently offering out of state tuition at only 5% more than instate rates, and its acceptance rate as reported by College Board is 99%.
