2000 scorers

what are some good LACs for 2000ers?

or that yea?

You guys should look into Wake Forest. It is the second smallest division 1 school, roughly the size of a moderately large LAC(4000 undergrads). Wake is essentially a LAC with a good med/law school, and also strong athletic programs and atmosphere. You sort of "get it all" there, and i think a 2000 would be competitive there. Wake was my second choice behind UVA.

what about non-lacs?

man, whys uva so hard to get into out of state, just wanna go there!!! haha,

thanks for the wake forest tip

What's wrong with 2000? It is a darn good score. It is ABOVE the national SAT score (1500-1600 can't remember). If you convert to the old sat score, it will be 1300-1350, which is really good, especially for low tier Ivy Leagues. So, you are NOT an average test taker. Don't feel sad; be proud and pat yourself on your back.

lastpicked, your first post describes me pretty well, except that my summers are usually busy, and my SAT I score (second time I took it) was a 2010, rather than a 2000. I'm planning on attending a UC or a CSU next year, or perhaps Loyola Marymount University, which is fifteen minutes from my home.

cool, if only uc wasnt across the country id think about going to atleast one of them, but yea waY too far. im looking on the east coast, something semi big. maybe u of maryland

maybe tufts?

University of Florida is pretty sweet.
