<p>A. It implies that the bicycle excursion is what is not in good condition, rather than the person taking the ride. It should be changed to, "if you are not in good condition" or "if the athlete is not in good condition," etc.</p>
<p>A. It should be something like "If one is not in good physical condition, a bicycle excursion...." rather than just "If not..."</p>
<p>At least that's what I think.</p>
