Do you think I will get any credit from drawing something like this?

^ that’s what i drew

Ok…I hope that’s fine.

How many points do you think I will get off if I talked about 2 different mutation types (base substitutions and translocations) in the “2 mechanisms of genetic change?”

Basically I drew that but without that extra branch that says bonaba. :P

the bottom was horse, most high up was i forgot what it was… was it snake?

Um, the only thing I remember was that the chicken and the penguin were most related. :)

Can someone answer my question above about the “mutations”??? I am really stressing about this. :)

i think mutations will count as ONE mechanism but you might get another point for elaboration
don’t stress it’s fine

gahhh I was worried about that. I hate it how I think back and remember all these dumb mistakes I made!!

^ ugh i hate that too
i always try not to check the answers on CC cuz i get more and more worried lol

you’ll be fine lol

As long as I get a 4, I’ll be happy, but a 5 is still a possibility and would make me even happier. I still think Collegeboard’s policy of subtracting .25 for each one wrong is unfair to say the least because a lot of the questions come down to two choices, and you’ll be in the same situation as someone who has no clue about it if you get it wrong. That’s the only place where I think I messed up on: guessing too much. I only left like 2-3 blank and might have gone reckless on 10-15, but I still think it’ll turn out fine.

Btw what was the one about the edible portion of a fruit coming from? Was it ovary, or polar body?

Sorry this is a bit late but it’s come up in my discussions in real life and I need some answers…

Would I get full points for saying ATP has adenine, nitrogenous base (adenine i guess), and 3 phosphate groups?

Would I get full points for using algae as my primary producer, flounder as my primary consumer, barracuda as my secondary, and sharks as my tertiary?

Would I get a point for identifying analogous structure in the 3rd essay but describing homologous instead?

Hehe I liked this exam (atleast 1 of the questions); our teacher gave us, on our final exam, a very similar essay question…the only bad thing is that we took the final exam 1 day before so we didnt review the test in class.
