<p>Hello all--The other thread by this name was started last year and now seems to be feeding confusion as people don't realize they are ready something a year old. </p>
<p>We've just finished notifying semi-finalists by both e-mail and postal mail (except outside the US--those are only getting e-mails, so check your junk mail folders just in case). Those who do NOT advance to the semi-finalist round are NOT notified. </p>
<p>Congratulations to those who were selected. To those who were not, I'm sorry for your disappointment. It was a very large and well-qualified pool (over 5000 applicants) from which we chose just over 500 semi-finalists. </p>
