^^ Yeah…

I though the MC was fairly difficult, but it could’ve worse, I guess.

The FR was fairly BSable… so we’ll see.

^^ Yeah…

Exactly

@azndarkvader Well I gave you everything you needed to know about El Nino…

The whole test was such a joke. They just gave a few unfair MC questions but nothing too bad.

FRQ was total cake but MC tripped me up =/ i hate how some of those questions and answers were so ambiguous :(

thanks to whoever posted the new york earth science teacher review/cram study guide thing. That’s the only thing I read for this exam the entire year, and I thought MC was incredibly easy, while free response was a joke.

there are so many overlapping topics with ap bio and agriscience…

*** are zebra mussels. shoot me.

*** last question

yeah, last question was kind of hard. Every question asked for like two blah blahs and I could only give one example :(

what are two reasons for rising sea levels because of increase in global temperatures?

I said obviously the polar ice caps melting and my second answer was like permafrost melting or something… That was the first time I ever saw a question do a) through f) without any subpoint.

Above poster-

I said glacier melting, and thermal expansion of the oceans.

Overall, I thought that it was relatively easy, and fair.

zebra mussels was medium hard, i couldn’t remember another invasive specie.

If I got 75% of the FRQ and about 60 MC (including the guessing pentalty - about 30 wrong), what would I get?

^that sounds like a 5 to me :)

idk i thought MC was easy and that the free response wasn’t that bad either

Finally! After six months of studying, reviewing, and two days of cramming, that stupid test is done and overwith! I thought the MC was moderately difficult (I’m thinkin a 65) and the Written was… medium? I’m gonna guess a 20. It’s just such a relief to be able to think about something other than Nutrient Cycles and Environmental Law for sixty seconds.

For the part of the invasive species question talking about using invasive species for invasive species, I used the example of that old kids’ book, Woman who Swallowed a Fly… is that OK?

Waitttt 30 wrong on MC and only 75% on FRQ would be a 5?!

@ Tristan101
Yeah, it should be. Assuming you missed all 30 (70-7.5=62.5.9=56.25) and got 75% of the FRQ right (60.75 = 45), you would have a raw score of about 101.25. I think you need about a 91 for a 5.

Thanks, RtT. That’s good…considering I walked out of there thinking it was a 3 haha. In that case, I think it should have been a 5 ;)

Hey, can someone please post the score ranges? all i know FOR SURE is that

91+ points = 5
? = 4

aced it it the face!

super easy, loving my teacher for a three-day marathon of watching a movie about the invasive species- “Cane Toads”
