== 2012 AP Calculus BC ==

^The easiest AP exam I’ve ever taken is AP enviro but this test I think comes at a second. I was very surprised because I felt really strong on FRQ… the majority of stuff it was stuff I enjoyed in class. MC eh… i think I did average. But out of all the ap exams I’ve taken, I sure felt more confident doing this test than Calc AB.

I thought I was the only one… that test was really easy compared to past tests/free response questions I’ve seen. Both MC were easy (calc was super easy) and most of the free responses were quite manageable. I was also quite surprised that there was nothing on volume and area on the free responses

I found the calculate multiple choice to be the only somewhat difficult section. Like that one that asked about p’’’(x) and how it relates to f’’’(x)?

I found the test to be a breeze. I had at least 15 minutes left on everything. Catlover, they were equal. Plug in e^x and make the third degree polynomial to try it out. P’’’(0)=f’’’(0)=1

…whoops. I thought it was P’’’(0)= f’’’(0)/3!

or whatever factorial it had.

Did anyone else simplify .5^5 wholly… T.T

alternating series bound…lololol used fingers to count

@dchau503 I think you had to because otherwise you couldn’t show that 1/(7*2^5) < 1/200. I think it came out to like 1/224 or something like that

Of the 6 AP tests I have taken, this was by far the easiest especially the FRQ’s

It was a lot harder than I expected (I took an AB since BC isnt offered at my school, and self studied BC), nevertheless I’m still confident I got a 5. The non-calculator mc was pretty difficult, but everything else was a breeze. The estimation frq was annoying though, and was it me, or was like a third of the test Taylor Series?

As a true blue senior whose school started series 2nd semester, I didn’t know the first thing about series going into the test…
Needless to say, I don’t think I did very well.
I left 6 on the FRQs completely blank, and guessed on every convergence/divergence/series question on the test

Hey I’m taking the test this year and can someone answer this question. If you forget to put the estimation sign (the 2 squiggly equal signs ~) on the frq when estimating with a calculator, will you get any points off? thank you

I’m really nervous about the exam this year, ch9 will be the absolute hardest
