I'm enrolled in calc AB but planning to take AB.
We've only finished integrating e^x fuctions!

Oh my, we've just finished like Taylor series and stuff.

yeah we also just finished taylor series and Mclaurin series

Oh wait, I'm in BC not AB. AB goes much slower.

wow, isn't taylor series the very last chapter of the course?

I better start working!

Guess where we are? Derivatives of trig functions!! (You can guess the kind of scheduling though)

Beginning series and Taylor series. :/

Yep Calc BC for me... starting taylor series next week... just finishing up partial fractions and stuff

for all of you starting taylor series: when does your class expect to finish the course?

Yeah, we just did partial fractions.

2 more chapters left in the book for us... so probably early-mid april and then 2-3 weeks of AP review.

are you guys taking calc bc courses at school?
my school doesn't offer the course, so i have to teach myself lol

Do you do stuff like physics things, such as work to bring up liquid, pressure, variable forces, center of mass, moments of inertia and things that are not specifically covered on the ap test.

we're doing volumes of solids and arc/curve length
We start series in april, and our bc calc is double block.

I'm in AB and we already finished everything that is on the ap test. Every week we take an ap test then go over it. So far we've done 2 tests.

Finished. I love the block schedule.

next week we're taking the tests over all kinds of series.

we still have polar functions to go over, and i'm not sure what else.

and mattd, we went over all that stuff last semester.

we have series and parametrics/polars left...

Calc BC consists of a semester of new material and a semester of review..after all, we need to finish the book to chapter 8 by May 2007, so we are not moving very fast.
