Does anyone know if the 2011 scores get sent when you order the 2012 scores to be sent to a college? D:

@whimsicalityness

As long as you stayed consistent with your name spelling/putting your social security number on they will all be sent.

Okay, thanks!

Hey…how did you get your Calc BC subscore? I only got the overall score when I called??
(sorry if someone already posted this…I didn’t read all the posts!)

Physics B: 4
US Gov: 4
Statistics: 4
Enviro: 4
Lang: 5

I didn’t care to study for anything besides Physics (so happy, thought I got a 2 lol) so I’m quite happy.

you mean AB subscore?

It should say when you call

Your Calculus BC score is… 5

your Calculus AB sub score is … 5

British colleges work like that. AP scores are really important for them

has anyone actually called in and gotten their AB subscore and calc BC score?

5 on both my tests (APWH and Lang)!!

I am SO HAPPY !!! :)

i’m too cheap to call in for my scores so when will they come in the mail? (approx)

^ It depends on where you live. I’d say around the 3rd week of July maybe.

I got 5’s on my APs. /content x|
Time to study for next year LOL.

For those who took AP Bio and WHAP, would you mind telling how you thought you did on the tests and how that compared to your actual results? Thanks! :)

WHAP: I’m not great at history. I’m not great at geography. I don’t keep up with current events either. (I basically did nothing but watch TV and play computer games 24/7 until this year, and so yeah… I’m a pretty ignorant person when it comes to my surroundings) Before I went in to take the test, I honestly felt like I was going to get a 1. I had taken the class, but I never paid attention and never really tried to master the concepts. xD

When I took the test though, I was really surprised. The exam was really easy. o__o Most of the questions involved analysis not memorization, so I thought I did really well. The essays were also based off of common sense, so I breezed through them and finished 30 minutes early. I got a 5.

And for AP Bio, I had studied a LOT, but I was still nervous about the test. I got a 5, but I’m really surprised because I didn’t really deserve it. I left two parts of the FRQ blank, got more parts wrong, and I starred at LEAST 30% of the multiple choice because I had /no/ idea what the questions were asking.

So yeah. The AP biology exam was really rough for me, but I guess the low round and my lucky guesswork helped. xD

Can someone give me tips for AP English lang?
I don’t know how to practice. Is getting a study guide worth it? If so, which is best?

I was scoring really low on the SAT CR section until a little while ago, so I’m worried that I’ll get a 1 on the exam unless I really study. I’m aiming for a 5 (and I’m taking 8-9 AP exams next year so I also need to figure out how to balance my time) so I would really appreciate any tips/advice.

The AP Lang exam is super easy, as long as you know the difference between a synthesis essay, analysis essay, and persuasive essay. I only put effort into writing ONE in class haha… One essay as far as practice goes, just one, and I got a 5. My teacher did almost nothing to prepare us for the exam… But I got a 5! You need to know the difference between the types of essays (in other words, what type of essay to write for what question) and obviously how to write, but the rest is common sense… And hmm, if you’re struggling on the SAT CR, I could give you a few tips for that too.

I took WHAP. It was my first AP, so I wasn’t extremely confident, but I studied extremely hard. I did not complete the multiple choice. I thought the essays were okay. Any DBQ in WH is very easy, the CCOT was meh, and the CC was very simple although I screwed it up. I know I deserved a 5 with the studying I did, but I was not familiar with the test taking environment and predicted a 3-4. It wasn’t too bad, and I got a 4.

I did manage to get my CR score up to the 700s range, but I still have a lot of trouble with writing. I’m worried about AP lang because my essays are mediocre and I’m not sure how to improve…

Reading this thread made all the antsy feelings rub off onto me, not going to lie… I swore I would wait it out but I caved:

AP Chem: 4
AP Psych: 5
APUSH: 5

Overall very satisfied, chem I knew I was on the bubble for a 5, but oh well. Wish I had self-studied psych though… easily one of the easiest AP exams ever (granted I’ve only taken 4). There were days where we essentially did nothing in class…

Onto college, hooray?!? Yeah, I know, I only took 4 APs my HS career… I’m such a slacker. ;)

@Awflapjackz and @gomdorri thanks for the info! I hope I can do well like you guys!
