^ Yeah, that could be why. You should be able to access MyUCLA whether you’ve been accepted or not. You’d need it if you were signing up for summer session.

Hmm okay I think I’ll wait a while and hopefully it fixes itself thanks!

Anyone try to log-in the appeal page before? What does you guy see?
https://www.admissions.ucla.edu/appeals/Login.aspx

We are in the process of reviewing your application and do not require additional information at this time.

^ same, so it doesn’t mean anything?

So are any of the tricks actually working yet? I’ve got the blank bar on MyUCLA and unsure of enrollment status for housing

any updates?! only the major in the MyUCLA trick is working right now.

I was going through last year’s “tricks” thread, and it appears that in a few days, we’ll be able to see our financial aid on URSA.

And more bricks will be sh@t as people fall out of their chairs taking that as a sign of acceptance, or of rejection if it’s not here. xD

Ughh so I still can’t log onto MyUCLA, it tells me they can’t locate my user account. But when I click “Access my UCLA class planner” on URSA under the academic column, it says “you have not yet indicated which courses you wish to take in fall 13”

thoughts anyone? It’s pretty frustrating that I can’t log into myUCLA though :/

^ I wouldn’t worry about it. None of these “tricks” is failsafe. They’re good for making the wait more bearable and passing the time, but that’s about it.

I remember the same thing with the UCSD decisions. Some people claiming to see things like a school email address on their account, and, thus, guaranteeing themselves acceptance. Then everyone who didn’t see that felt disappointed thinking they hadn’t gotten in. I never saw an email address. I ended up getting accepted.

Same thing here. Take everything with a grain of salt. Only 8 more days!

These tricks help you know if you get in but it does not necessarily mean you are rejected if they don’t work.

Didn’t the OP who started the thread see everything, but was rejected in the end?

Here is her post.

justinetruant:
"REJECTED

1) No financial aid awards in URSA (I did not submit a FAFSA)
2) Housing: “unsure of enrollment status”
3) myUCLA banner: “summer session”

Congrats to everyone who got in"

^looks like that will be my post, I should save it…

Yeah, seems about right. In about 7 days these tricks won’t matter to us anymore XD

7 days. The day where there will be disappointments and celebrations.

Does UCLA not have a sort of Transfer Admit Day like UCSD? I searched for it a bit, so I guess not. :?

@ HopingToXfer

When did you create your MyUCLA account?

I created it around the time you did. I think after you created yours.

^ crap!!!
