Every year I download the EFC Formulas so I can run the numbers myself (the web-based calculators have given me incorrect results). I have a spreadsheet with lookups that I've been updating every year.

Anyway, this year, the PDF the I found is lacking (http://www.ifap.ed.gov/efcformulaguide/attachments/091312EFCFormulaGuide1314.pdf). It has some bogus "Simplified EFC Formula", not the real thing. It's labeled "Simplified Worksheet" instead of "Regular Worksheet". I did find another PDF for programmers (http://www.ifap.ed.gov/appprocspecsswd/attachments/1314SWDevSpecsFinalAttachment.pdf) that covers the true (regular) calculation, but it's not very easy to understand.

The question I have is: Is the regular worksheet PDF "out there", but I just haven't found it? I'd like to have the ability to run through the regular/full EFC formula calculation for 2013-2014.
