There was a sorta weird construction with the
^

ohh the long since been destroyed thing?

i was confused by the long since

@Nick I got the people complaining to the governor one to be no error and i got the presidents one to have an error because it should be “their”

@nick

 1. same problem with mayor, but i think it was no error ( i also picked be b/c i thought it was plural)
 2. presidents should be - they are / their or something, forget context. He or she is for singular.

The thing I hate about the PSAT is that one question can be the difference between 3 points

^

Same.

Don’t stress out if you didn’t do well, because you can always study for the SAT!

I mean it’s mostly a pride thing so colleges will still like it if you improve from your psat score

^
Yeah, but that $$$$$ means a lot on the PSAT

1 question could cost you 30K

for the presidents one I think I said “have just” because I felt like that was awkwardly worded while “he or she” seemed like it could be acceptable? But i was definitely unsure about that one.

What was the answer to the question that asked how many four digits numbers beginning with eight are divisible by 5? I did 1 x 10 x 10 x 2 because the first digit had to be 8, the second and third could be 0 through 9 inclusive, and the last digit had to be 0 or 5. So 200?

^
No, he or she is for singular, while presidents is plural

Therefore, it should be their

i got 180.
800, 805, 810, 815, 820, 825, 830, 835, 840, 845, 850, 855, 860, 865, 870, 875, 880, 885, 890, 895 = 20 possibilities for the hundredths
1000s, 2000s, 3000s, 4000s, 5000s, 6000s, 7000s, 8000s 9000s, = 9 possibilities for the thousandths
20 x 9 = 180

it was 180.

100/5=20 so in 800 there are 20 5 divisble numbers.

20x9 = 180

yeah it was 180

There was another writing one about public officials retiring like

Sometimes presidents have difficulty retiring but they find a way to help their communities…

Does anyone remember more of it?

How could it cost 30K?

lol guys we are not allowed to talk about the questions.

im pretty sure it cost 17,500?
oops it was an unrelated math problem LOLLOLO

Does anyone remember the details of the question with the square and the pyramid… as far as numbers?

the one about the presidents he or she was wrong it is suppose to be they plural
the one about the government and how it was outdated or something i put it was correct

lol i mean people do anyways. same for AP tests.

@antarcticice101 all the sides of the square and pyramid were 5 long. You had to find surface area.
