<p>Oh ha, sorry. She just said that the officers had already submitted their final decisions for review. The number crunchers have to do whatever they do, and then the decisions would be posted to students during the last two weeks of April. I know, not that helpful. She did say that sometimes, when an officer is reviewing an app and they don’t log out properly (i.e. it’s quitting time), that app gets put in the pending category instead of being finished. So the officers come across them later and wonder why they weren’t finalized sooner. But all reviews are completed in the last wave, so it’s just a delay.</p>
<p>It sucks… neither UC Davis nor UCSD releases their decision… No offer up to now!!!</p>

Says it right in that bulletin, so that means nothing is concrete and we are back to being clueless again! Hopefully, it is today, but I’m gonna stop checking until tonight.</p>
<p>I have a feeling something may have happened on their end and decisions won’t come out until the end of April. It’s kind of odd that they released some so early with technical problems then stopped. Could also explain the bad attitude some people have posted about. This is just speculation, but I wouldn’t get high hopes for today. I hope though, UCSD is one of my top choices.</p>
