@Hamlon Wow, I am shocked. I thought you were going to definitely get a match.
Don’t be discouraged. Your stats will and EFO will make a difference during RD.
I got matched to UPenn! 56 matched to UPenn!
Does anyone know how many students matched to Swarthmore and Princeton?
Congrats!!! what were your stats? @missacademy2018

i didnt get matched either…
@digitalreform 95.61 GPA out of 100, 1490 (1500 superscored) SAT, top 15% of my class, OK ECs (my main things were captain of debate and teaching a life writing class at a senior center), OK awards (highlight was 4th place at NYS Debate Championships last year), great essays, didn’t see my rec letters, decent hooks (black female, family tragedy, disabled sibling). Totally wasn’t expecting to be matched, but I couldn’t be happier!
Matched to Princeton! 49 this year.
Are any other non-matched Finalists getting emails from Questbridge partner schools encouraging them to apply?
@waitingforwinter Those emails are generic, they send them to all non finalists. Don’t read anything into them, they are just encouraging you to continue to RD.
I got matched to Stanford!!
@CottonTales That’s what I thought, especially since I didn’t rank any of them.
Congratulations to everyone who got matched!
ignore
I matched to Oberlin which only has 3 people. I’m looking for those other two :))

Congrats to all the Matched finalists!
Son didn’t get matched. It was a sad night at our house last night, but this morning it’s time to get back to work.
On to Round 2…deciding whether to do an ED at a QB partner school, and pinning down which partners to focus on for RD. Also -after doing a couple of overnights (unfortunately only after sending in rankings) he has shifted his priorities. There is another school he had overlooked but which he now might try for. .
So, kids like our son who take a bit longer to process and sort out their preferences, this may be a blessing in disguise.
Again, congrats!
@izpare Stanford 22? I was under the impression they never say how many, how were you able to find that?
