Was I supposed to send my first semester grades?
@biggiek yes I think mid-year report is required from everybody.
@Fiona1997 well it is to late now and I didn’t do it. I never received an email asking me to and I received an email in September after I applied stating that my app was finished and ready for review.
@biggiek is it possible your guidance counselor sent it in for you?

I looked and my transcripts were sent early September when I applied but nothing after that. I received an email a few days after that stating that I was ready for review. I looked on Naviance and it has nothing for my first semester grades, meaning that they were never sent. I still receive the financial aid emails that everyone else receives, so I hope that means I still have a chance. I guess only time will tell. Post when you get your portal id so I can check to see if mine came in. Thanks.
@biggiek - check your common app. It shows if your grades were sent in and downloaded by the college.
Anyone heard anything about release dates?
actually tho… hoping to at lest get a timeframe on a release. Many schools, like BC, are releasing decisions next week
When portals come out, we should have roughly 1 week until decisions come out, based on the REA group. BC is my only school that gave me a timeframe, other than “before April 1”.
Portals - last year they didn’t even have portals, had to wait for decisions the old-fashioned way.
So are we getting portals or not? @GianRaf
I was deferred EA. You get an email with the link to the portal a week before results were released, as has already been said.
I called and it will be through the portal this year!
@swimgirl1 Did you happen to ask when the portal will be released? 
no exact date but got the impression last week of March
@ProbDeferred I was also deferred, our portals will be the same and they email us when then update them
