Your D is limited to 5 NCAA DI OVs. So plan accordingly if these are all DI schools. One strategy some students use is to take unofficial visits at the schools that are geographically closer.
Are you talking about athletic scholarships? Are you certain all these programs offer athletic scholarships for women’s rowing? For example, none of the Ivy league schools do, nor do any D3 schools. It’s also important to know the amount of an average W rowing athletic scholarship at the schools that offer them. Many programs are not fully funded.
Will she have a better 2k time this summer? What do you know about the relative strength of her stats at the non-responding school? Probably not wise to make decisions based on whether or not she improves to the level a given coach wants, or a late recruiting school engages, or not.
Only the coaches know where she stands on the OV list. I would not wait for OV invites, especially if it means letting already offered OVs lapse (assuming she’s interested in those schools). No one here can know which are the ‘best’ OV offers for her. She should prioritize schools that represent the best fit for her considering academics, social life, athletics, etc. Good luck.
