<p>Yeah I doubt they'll go up early. For ED they took the entire Penn site offline so they could devote all of their bandwidth and servers to decisions so the site wasn't slow. I hope they do that again for RD.</p>

<p>Or maybe your app was so good they just accepted you and later during one of the Adcom's lunch breaks they remembered your site and decided to check it just for fun and to see how awesome it is!</p>
<p>You know never know! They also saw a 10% jump in admissions, so they were probably working until the last minute. This isn't neccessarily a negative indicator.</p>
