I'm an awesome writer. F'yeah. Rock those essays.

Applying: GWU, NYU, UVA, UChicago (ha!), Emory, BU, Skidmore.

I'm reaching here. Any bites?

I don’t think GWU, NYU or BU will meet your financial need, all 3 with very high sticker prices. Skidmore may meet a high percentage of your need. If you like the LAC’s take a look at:

St. Lawrence University (NY)
Hobart & William Smith (NY)
Wheaton College (MA)
Mt. Holyoke (MA) if female

Oh yeah, I applied to Wheaton as well.

How about doing a CC for 2 years and transferring ?

I won’t do a CC; attended one for part of my sophomore/junior year and it was terrible. I need out of this state, anyways.

Is there a particular reason why your GPA is so much lower for 10 and 11 than for 9 and 12?

Without any explanation, that looks to me like a huge problem at every single university on your list.

This is a particularly bad list if you need a lot of financial aid. Do you have a financial safety?
