<p>I am a Florida resident with a 3.0 to 3.3 gpa. I got a 24 on the ACT and plan on bringing that up to a 25 to 26. I have some EC's and volunteer hours. What are my chances for University of Central Florida, Michigan State University, UCONN, and PITT?</p>
