If a girl was to major in English and minor in political sciences and she:
-Took 6 AP's senior year (AP Gov, AP Stats, AP English, AP Spanish, AP Bio) and 1 AP junior year (AP Lit) with all 4's and 5's on the exams
-Was a registered Abenaki Native American
-Had a 3.6-3.6.5ish cumulative GPA (not sure yet)
-Had a 2300 SAT, 760 Math II (SAT 2), 720 Lit (SAT 2), 34ACT
-2,000+ community service hours (manager at a soup kitchen and weekly volunteer at a nursing home)
-Was a cashier since 14 at supermarket
-Was a creator of successful website and was interviewed by a popular talk show host (I don't want to share neither the name of my website nor my name)
-Suffered from undiagnosed ADD (reason for lower freshman and sophomore grades, but straight A's junior year and the first semester (and second) of senior year)
-Sprinter (track)
-Winner of a few poetry and essay competitions
-Bronze and silver national Spanish exam awards

*This is a "what if" thread. I'm hoping to get straight A's...

Stop doubting yourself and look to your strengths. I could see you getting in anywhere with the right essays. And maybe get diagnosed to see if you actually have ADD (?). Having a solid explanation for your initial performance in school could never hurt.

I think a holistic review just might turn out well for you. Your grades aren’t great but still good. Your course load is excellent and your SAT is teriffic. My opinion is that Native American is the only minority preference left so that could help.

What is your weighted GPA? If your UW is 3.6 and you’ve been taking all honors/AP classes, I really don’t see you getting rejected anywhere.
Try to take your website a step further - obviously I don’t know what the relevant next step would be in your case but that seems to be your most unique EC. Now is the time to focus.

Let me give you some real stats from last year.

My son had a 2300 SAT, and a 3.7 unweighted gpa.

Not much in the way of ECs.

He got into UCLA, UNC, University of Miami, and University of Florida, but was waitlisted at Vanderbilt, Emory, Johns Hopkins, and Davidson.

Being an Indian should be a big help for you. While you should apply to Ivies, don’t forget to apply to schools in the #15—#30 range. Not just top 15.
