Hi Everyone,

I'm looking to apply to some high level schools (Stanford, Georgetown, BC, Yale, NYU, Cornell) and I'm wondering whether or not I need a 4th year of a foreign language. The rest of my application will be very competitive, and I will have 5 years of both english and math.

And don't worry, I'm not trying to slack off on my senior year. It's just that I did 2 math courses my sophomore year (geometry and alg 2) and wasn't able to fit in another year of language (I did german in freshman year and will continue it through my jr and sr years).

I'm currently a Jr, and am deciding whether or not to squeeze three years of a foreign language into my last two years of highschool or not.

How badly do you think this will hurt my application?
