4 classes a quarter maybe??????

... between?

Bio and History. I am premed, and I was pretty sure that I was going to major in Bio, but now that I'm actually in Bio 15 I'm starting to wonder if it will be better and more enjoyable for me just fulfill the necessary premed recs and take History.

Daughter is having those same thoughts as she is taking Neuropsych and is finding her self loving it (she is now thinking about psych as she registered for 2 psych classes spring term). There are a lot of english courses that she is also interested in taking. Se feels that with the 4 chem classes, she should just take 2-3 more and just have a chem minor, take the pre-med classes and not major in a hard science. She still hasn't given up on classics, she just needed a little break from Christensen (she loved his class but the reading ate up all of her time)

Xanatos, what is turning you off Bio? Is 15 the molecular class or the evolution/environment class? Sybbie, tell DD those last couple of chem classes are murder, unless they allow you to minor in biochem, or something that misses P Chem. I stopped short of a chemistry/biology double major when I was accepted to med school, my choices were take a breather semester prior to starting med school July 1 or P Chem II and Qualitative Analysis - my P Chem prof (and med school admissions adviser) never completely forgave me, but it was tough.
