4 or 5 APs Junior Year

I am still deciding what I want to do for my junior year schedule.
I’m currently taking:
German 1 (I’m doing great in in and love it)
AP Computer Science A
Accelerated Precalculus
AP World History
AP Physics 1
Gifted 10th grade LA

I’m doing pretty well (All A’s in my classes)

Next Year I’d like to do:
German 2 Honors
AP Calc BC (we choose one or the other at my school, not both)
AP Physics C
AP Capstone Class
APUSH
Some elective (AP Stat or Financial Literacy maybe, idk)

Is this a do-able schedule? I also am a Varsity Track/Varsity XC running who plans on running D1.

I would recommend replacing APUSH or AP Physics C with another class, as that would be a difficult schedule to have with AP Calc BC. Maybe taking Physics II junior year and then AP Physics C senior year? Just a recommendation.

@BiologyMajorHere My school is set up so that students can take Physics 1 then Physics C, we don’t have Physics 2. I can take honors US history, but I’m scared I’ll be bored.

I disagree with not taking Physics C concurrently with Calc BC; they are a logical pair - certainly more logical than taking AP Physics 2.

As to how well you can handle 4 or 5 AP classes, that is something that only you (and maybe your parents and counselors know). So kids have no problem; others struggle with 1 or 2.

It’s good you’re not taking English at the same time as Capstone. It’s one of the hardest classes I’ve ever taken, but it’s teaching me so much in regards to doing research. I did CBE for English last year to avoid taking it at the same time as Capstone and it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made.
