We know of at least two students who are at Boston University enrolled in a 5 yr BS/MS program in engineering. You have to decide fairly early to do this, as summer courses are part of the deal.

Lehigh doesn’t have a formal BS/MS program for engineers (to the extent of my knowledge, at least). However, the course catalog ([Lehigh University: Academics: Course Catalog: Print-Friendly PDF Version](http://www4.lehigh.edu/academics/catalog/printversion.aspx)) talks about combined bachelors/masters programs on page 49, mentioning that one should talk to his or her advisor about possible programs which makes me believe it might be possible on a case-by-case basis. This should be taken with a grain of salt though because it also references the arts-MBA program which no longer exists. My advice is to contact the engineering office or a member of the department of the prospective major and ask if a five-year BS/MS(or most likely MEng) program exists or can be created.

I hope that was a satisfying answer to your question.
