660 physics... is it over?

Just received my sat subject scores and got 760 m2 and 660 physics, is there really a chance as an international applying EA?

It depends on how strong the rest of of your application. For internationals applying to MIT, not much room for weakness.

When it comes to test scores they’re only a small part of the application. From what I’ve read, after a certain point it doesn’t matter what test scores you have because you’ve already shown you’re qualified academically, it comes down to if they think you’re a good fit for MIT as a person (not a number). I’m certain you’ve already passed the “qualification mark”, if you will, for test scores/grades, and besides, a 760 on m2 is great! and a 660 on a science subject test is nothing to get upset over! Think about it this way, the application is already submitted, don’t worry about it until the decisions are out, so until then relax a bit and enjoy yourself, it is senior year after all!

^Agreed! Dont stress about the numbers. Honestly, the admission officers at MIT were some of the most friendliest people I met at the info session. They really do see you if youre a great fit for MIT, not if your numbers are helping their percentiles.

Which country are you from and what were your SAT reasoning scores?
