$90,000 will no longer pay tuition??

<p>I found this from the web site printed above but I couldn't find it on the official Penn financial aid web site so I'm not quite sure if the numbers are right. Does anyone know for sure?</p>

<p>This press release has that statement, though I would certainly call SFS since fin. aid. is much more complex than this article makes it out to be.
