A completely pointless NCSSM chance thread

Hello everyone

I know the applications and discovery day periods are over, and I know most chance threads are pointless anyways as no one can truly predict whether or not one will actually be accepted.
But look at me, posting one anyways

Actually, I just wanted to get an opinion of my "stats"

As far as GPA goes, it is 4.0 unweighted and either 5.0 or 4.8 weighted

Freshman classes
English 1 - A
Civics and Economics - A
Pre-Calculus - A
French 2 (standard) - A
Symphonic Band - A
Interior Design (random standard elective) - A

All of the above classes are honors, unless otherwise specified

I took Honors Chemistry over the summer online (my school's chem department is.... not the greatest) and earned an A. The nice thing about this was that I was selected to be an official Peer Tutor for NCVPS next summer :)

Here are my sophomore year classes

English 2 - A
AP World History- A
French 3 - A
AP Environmental Science - A
Wind Ensemble - A
AP Calculus AB (1st sem) - A
AP Calculus BC (2nd sem)

My SAT score is a 2200 with a perfect 800 in math :D

Lastly, extracurriculars

I've been playing the flute for 5 years, I did all district and all county bands in middle school. I was first chair in symphonic band and in wind ensemble

I also have done dance for like 7 years or so, and I've done a bunch of charity performances

I'd say I have somewhere around 150-175 hours of (documented) community service
I was in Beta Club in 8th and 10th grade and in Key Club in 9th and 10th grade
I'm currently on the leadership board for Key Club. If I don't go to NCSSM I might run for a higher position...
Currently I'm also treasurer of French Club, and I was 8th in the nation on last year's National French Exam
I also am a co-founder and president of a club, kind f like a Tumblr Club. If I say the name, I'll probably give my school away and I'd rather not do that

I tutor at an elementary school and also do Science Days tutoring. I also tutor French 1 students at my school

I've been in marching band the past two years, so I have a varsity letter in sports (2 years of mb= 1 year of varsity sports)

I have a slew of Math awards from middle school... I did State Math Contest, MathCounts (A-Team), AMCs, etc. Although, I've kind of retired from competitive math...

Finally, these past few months, I have been coaching my little sister's Odyssey of the Mind team. They won 2nd place at the regional competition and are advancing to states :D

Sorry for this totally unnecessary post, but I'd feel better knowing all of you opinions :)

(Also I'm from Wake County, district 2 I believe. Idk with all of this redistricting. Unfortunately, my school is literally one of the most competitive schools ever, clocking in at 56 applicants. Do you think that application will even stand out at all?)

Thank you guys so much and please don't hate me for this :P

Lol, I had the same exact SAT score, and I got in, just from a different district (9)
Anyways, you are from a super competitive district (2), but after re-zoning it is much much easier. I think I can guess which school tbh.
Great stats, keep up the good work, and remember, even if you don’t get in, the ultimate goal is college, and if you maintain great ECs and grades like this you will still end up at somewhere nice.

Thank you, I feel better now after posting this

and lol for some reason my school lives in infamy

Hey everyone!
I did end up being accepted, so thanks :)
