1) BUUUH! So I don't have the money to pay for sending my SAT scores, I missed my free score sender inners because I was in Europe, I have even less money than none for application fees, and I don't think I can get the fee waived because legally apparently I make $200,000 a year. I got an inheritance, which is nice, but my family didn't make a whole lot of money this year and most of it was spent on my father trying to posthumously disappoint his father. So until December 17th I'm a little pauperish. So now it's crunch time and I spent all my Christmas money on SAT prep classes, leaving me Oliver Twist by day, Richie Rich by federal law. What obvious payment option am I missing?

2) I had a 90% GPA (which Princeton Review says is like a 3.3 or 3.5) but I'm pretty sure I slew my junior year so I'm thinking that went up a bit. I got a 2090 on SAT I's. My main interests in college are a sense that my education is in my hands (as in I'm not just taking tests and taking notes and going through the motions), good French program, a pretty campus/town, good opportunities to study abroad (particularly in Paris), a manageable cost that won't completely devour that inheritance, and a good amount of things to do on campus or in the surrounding area. I applied to Penn State but I can't help but feel there may be better options out there.

2b) Do they play volleyball there?
