A fellow from Greece(that's right),trying to pick a major

Hey everyone,
I am from Greece and i have to choose my major. The thing is that in Greece, you are not really flexible in choosing a major, cause once you do you can't really change your mind. I have a thorough understanding on both the U.S and Greek educational system so i am not going to put you into trouble. Here is the thing: I am great at math, physics, and programming(algorithms), kiiinda good at chemistry and i am pretty much interested in everything from math to biology. However in Greece some departments such as the math, physics and chemistry suck. so do all social science departments. Basically my choices boil down to: Electrical engineering and Computer science(one department), mechanical and aeronautical engineering, chemical engineering, naval engineering and marine architecture(kind like the mechanical one, but has to do mainly with ships and stuff),civil engineering and biology.

P.S: I am not interested in medicine or law(i know you guys have to do M.D for medicine and J.D for law.well here in Greece both med school(6 years) and law school(4 years) are consider bachelors.

P.S: The engineering departments are like abet accredited but in the Greek system. This means that you get a good health insurance and of course the right to practice engineering.

Why would Americans have any idea of what a Greek student going to a Greek school should do? If you were to ask about American universities we might be of help but how can we presume to know more about your country than yourself?
In addition, it sounds like you’ve already answered your own question…

I guess you are right. Anyway, thank you for you reply! :)
