a graduate european

I'm graduating in physics this year at a not-very-well-known-but-still-good-college and I was hoping to try an MSc in theoretical physics somewhere out there, and Caltech came to my mind (oh hail Mr Feynman).
My grades are not asian standard excellent (I have about 70-80% average), and it would be impossible for me to pay for 1 year in the USA + fees, so I would have to miraculously get some financial aid.
Is it even worth applying? I mean, is there any universe where I would be accepted and given a full scholarship?

Thank you

What's an MSc? To my knowledge, it's extremely rare to find people getting paid to do a Master's in America. Also, it's extremely rare to find a master's student at Caltech... (just about every grad student I met at Caltech is a PhD student who's getting funded via fellowships/grants)

We've definitely got master's students, but I'd agree that it's very hard to find a place doing full scholarship for a master's.

What do you mean asian standard excellence? I don't think white people find 70-80% that appealing either.
