All of these aspects of my life defined and shaped me as the person I am today: a hardworking, ambitious, selfless, and responsible young adult.

i just wanted to know if the colon is used right in this sentence. if not, should it be a comma or a semicolon.

The colon is fine. The colon rule on the SAT is pretty simple. The left side must be an independent clause and the right side must explain, clarify, or define the part right before the colon. @Peoples
