Haha, ok yes, I admit I am a “google-nerd” but still i think it would be cool if all of you participated in this, especially those who applied ED. I have set up a Frappr map for Penn. Now any user can show the rest of us where you live in the world on a Google map. (and you can zoom in or out for specific regions using the zoom thing on the left)

***(Of course, I wouldn’t recommend showing your house for privacy reasons. Just type in your city, zipcode, or country and that should be enough)

It will be fun to see such a diverse community on this board!

…OH YES…and also, make sure that when you put in your name (use the same name you use on this board), be sure to put either ED (if youre applying Early Decision) or RD (if youre applying Regular Decision) based on how you are applying in respect of everyone else.

Yeah SexyYetiBeast-great choice to live i must say! haha CO is that **** man! lol yeah i board tons in CO (Purgatory for sure), but love to go to Taos in NM to ski as well since i have some family down there. you?

aaron: i'm sure you won't be the ONLY asian! lol asians like me are ORM

wombat- I snowboard a lot also, I usually just head up to copper mtn though, thats place is the ****. As for college admissions, do you think that since we're from colorado we'll have some sort of "geographic advantage"?

SexyYetiBeast- oh yeah, tight, i think ive been to copper mtn once. As for college admissions, you know i sorta doubt we'll have THAT much of an advantage. Though we're from a region where not too many students apply, we might have a slight advantage but im guessing not much, didn't Penn send like 28 students from our state last year? i'll have to check-but it seems that not many other ppl on this Penn board are from our region so maybe we will. i don't know anyone outside CO and from the west states (especially wyomming, oklahoma, montana, dakotas and new mexico) that are also applying to Penn. I guess we'll just have to see!
