I have a strange, stoned British accent that sounds very timid…very stupid bit it makes me laugh! I like doing English accents the best, and Boston can be pretty fun. Jersey is great when you want to use a NE accent, but most friends don’t know what it is (ignorant rednecks hahaha).

Funny Story Time (sorry, bored): My mom’s uncle, a New Yorker, drove to Georgia with his wife for a wedding (I think, maybe vacation). He needs help finding the correct exit for a destination, so he stops at a gas station in a small Georgian town. He asked the guy at the gas station for directions, but the guy couldn’t understand him because of the NYC accent. My mom’s uncle goes to his car, stuffs his mouth full of fries, and asks for directions again. The mechanic said, “Oh, why didn’t you tell methis whole time.” LOL, whenever in Georgia, stuff your mouth full of McDonald’s Fries haha! ;)

Oh haha. I actually laughed out loud. My cousin was like w.t.f. Ill remember doing that next time I’m in the south though. And nyc accents are even that bad! I live really close though maybe that’s why I don’t think so. Maybe the accents kinda overlap or something.

Well, he’s Greek, adding another thick layer of accent onto a NYC one. So only deep-voiced immigrants who have lived in large cities in NE probs need to use the fries technique lol! Thought that you might laugh!

I generally resort to uses a light country accent if some people don’t unrestand me…ugh I hate it sometimes.

Oh that makes sense then. So what’s your real voice like anyway? Just a tinge of southern? And what kinda accents do westcoast people have anyway? Do they have accents. Are you from there? Haha. So many questions.

People in my school tell me that I have no Southern accent, and a guy from Oregon told me the same. I resort to a tinge of southern when I go to a hardware store, bbq restaurant, etc because some people don’t understand you unless you add a slight hint of that ‘lazy Southern’ accent (my new nickname for it haha). My mom has noticed the same thing (she’s from Virginia Coast).

West Coast people (I’ve barely met any btw) have no noticable accent, unless they’re beach bums. There can be a modicum of ‘surfer’ in their voice, but all like 5 people I’ve met don’t have a huge accent at all. They do say “hella” a lot though.

I wonder if I’ve experiemented with so many differnt accents, that they balance each other out lol. I can do a lil Italian, Greek, British, Southern, okay jrsey/NYC, and Boston. I just have fun with it.

I’m grown up in a hick part of NC, so when I was younger I had a slight Southern accent all the time. I moved to the middle of NC, and with in 3 years, I kinda lost a noticable accent. Some friends from that area are the same way…kinda wierd. I’m not your typical sothern boy lol…;)

Yea I know a few people from california and idk I just can’t peg a particular accent.

I suck so bad with accents! I think its because I’m too shy to fool around with them. Haha does that even make sense? Even when I’m with like my best friend I feel silly.

I remember trying to shed my new jersey accent I tried saying coffee and water uhhh ‘properly’. It worked for a while but then I resorted back to usual because I just couldn’t help it! =/. but most people from out of state are surprised my accent isn’t so thick, SNL and all those other shows that make fun of new jersey try to over emphasize the accent.

Have you ever watched house? None of them have accents, or even try to put on a fake one!

Yeah, the Cali kids are kinda strange, they are just wierd I guess…

Oh, i’m not great all the time, in fact I do scuk when i try to be funny too much. Like i’m no Frank Caliendo but I guess that I don’t eally care. Do I sound ridiculous? Oh yeah! I totally see what you mean, because it’s not like I’ll walk up to somebody in an English accent and get away with it hehe,

My dad’s employee is from from Brooklyn (I think idk), and she still says coffee in a funny way. It’s like cohfeeee or something. SNL does overdue it, as do most people. My imprsoantion lays it on thick, but I guess that’s what makes it funny?

I used to watch House, but it was funny how NOBODY has that Jehrsay accent; or any accent for that matter. Well, there was that British guy that left (was Chase his name?, idk). Hugh Laurrie does an awesome job disguising his British accent in his part for House, quite good. His voice on the show sounds really strange, but interesting.

How you holding up? Your cousins okay? I think I might go to bed in next 15-20 minutes, I gotta look good at work! I walked through my house a few minutes ago, and I forgot how weird it is to have an entire house be totally silent. I felt like I was making so much noise lol! :)

Good night mysmilyonly! Have fun at the waterpark in a few hours with your cousins! Sorry, I’m just a little bit too tired now. Talk to you when you get back tomorrow night? Or sooner? Let me know! :)

Night to you too! My cousins are pretty much knocked out right now. One of them just shot me with a bb gun a few moments ago. It hurt like hell, we laughed like crazy for a few minutes and so that probably killed them. And as for me I am forcing myself to sleep right now so I don’t end up falling asleep on a ride. Talk to you soon or something!

Thanks, that bb gun sounded pretty painful…ouch! Yeah, better get some sleep, nothing worse than not enjoying the thrill ride haha! Talk to you later!

Poor siglio probably saw the count and was like… OMG THEY RESPONDED! And then got really dissipointed when they realized we had just jacked it… hmm.
