A.P. European History Help

Hey guys! For this year (my sophomore year), I have had a lot of trouble with said A.P. class. For some reason, no matter how hard I study I always fall short of an A in class. Today I got our recent MC test back and I got an 84, even though I started reviewing the material for 30 min a day a week ago and an hour before. Also, after I talked to my teacher about possible tips for improving my grade, he told me that an 84 is a good grade, and that the some people just have a knack for MC history questions... not really helpful.

So I was wondering... Could anyone give me some advice on any new strategy, study habits, or maybe new materials that could help me do better on these multiple choice questions?

Thanks in advance!

Instead of just reading straight through the book, try taking notes on important points. Make flashcards for people and vocabulary terms (there are tons of places to do this online–I like [Anki - friendly, intelligent flashcards](http://www.ankisrs.net) for its downloadable program, but you can also use [Flash cards, vocabulary memorization, and study games | Quizlet](http://www.quizlet.com) online). Especially in European history, I find it very helpful to make a chart of each war, its key players, its causes/effects, and its peace treaties.
