<li>It's a great school and I am highly interested in it, but why is it ranked as a Top 20 undergraduate program for international relations when it doesn't have the major?</li>

<p>This might be an extremely dumb question and I'm sure there's a very logical answer but i'm just kinda confused right now.</p>
