A question about application deadline? (urgent)

<p>International application deadline is 15th december, right?</p>

<p>I am sending nothing online. I am sendng everythng by DHL. So, does that mean that I can send my application on the 14th? I mean....does it mean that it has to REACH Lafayette by 15th?</p>
