A question about law fields

I graduated from Afghanistan Kabul University Law School in 2006. I am selected as a fulbrighter to obtain my LLM degree in US next year. I am not sure which field of law should I study. Initially, I wanted to study international corporate law. Now, I am thinking of others fields to study because international corporate law may not be good for an Afghan citizens whose country's is on fire. NO INVESTMENT for international companies then. What do you think, which field fits for me? I'd like to study something in international level which can be used inside or outside Afghanistan in my future.
THANKS

CONGRATULATIONS on being awarded a Fulbright! A great accomplishment!

Depending on your interests, you might try international business/trade law, international law specializing in treaties, or perhaps there is a program in international enviornmental law.

Do they offer LLM's in human rights law?

I don't know yet, because I am not placed in a law school yet. My freinds who are fulbrighters and now studying in US are in good universities. I think there would be different fields in the schools they place us. We have the right to select what we want to study of course.
