Duke University says that it accepts the scores of the exam on 2nd of November. Duke says "You do not need to rush your scores. Just include Duke as a score recipient when you take the test." However, I couldn't find the place to add Duke as a score recipient on the collegeboard site and today, I rushed my results.

I was wondering if I have done any mistakes? Would the admission's office still check my newly submitted scores, because with rush it reaches to the school in two business days.

You have to search for it. The option is very much there. If you include the duke, the scores will go automatically once they are out.
You did not do any mistake. Just check with duke,if they have received it.

Email the admissions office and let them know your scores are late, but coming. What the admissions office had meant was that back on Nov. 2nd, when you sat in the testing room and took the test, you designated Duke as a score recipient. It’s too late to do that now, so rush the scores, let them know, and see what happens.
