<p>naturally transferring from community to uc is going to be much easier because most uc's transfer over 80% from community. uc to uc is not as common but possible, especially in the case of UCI. say it was UCLA, no chance.</p>
<p>My friend at Berkeley has a roommate who transferred from Irvine.</p>
